As a miltech/dual status in the Army Reserve, is there an ETP to use my student loan repayment bonus? I know the reg says no, but just wondering if there is an ETP out there.

The only ETPs for a bonus or SLRP are for actions that are "no fault of the Soldier" such as an MTOE realignment or command direct that moves the Soldier out of the contracted position.

The only qualifier I've ever seen to the "you can't be a MILTECH" is that is might not apply if you're a temporary (179 days or less) hire.
