Likely but you need to contact a recruiter for the answer to your particular situation.

Get your discharge from milconnect and share it with a recruiter. It will tell him everything he will need to know if it’s waiverable.

Without knowing the narrative on the 214 it’s hard to know. I run RE3 waivers up all the time and usually have a positive turn around. But that’s after a lengthy applicant statement, an evaluation clearing what ever the condition was and a long heart to heart with the applicant. My applicants usually hit the door when they hear they have ZERO choice of jobs on the floor 99% of the time. It’s a take it or leave kind of deal
