Can a soldier get evaluated for VA disability and re-up ?

Would a soldier be able to reenlist after being evaluated by the VA for disability ?

Yes and No, as MSG (Join to see) pointed out it would depend on the disability. There are many service members especially in the reserves that have been rated. You just can’t receive both disability pay and duty pay. One has to be suspended while you are serving.
