Hello Aaron. There was a similar discussion recently about this. I think it will help you. The short answer seems to be "yes."

How can I transfer from Navy to Marine Corps? | RallyPoint
So as of now, I am an MA with just over a year and a half in the Navy and a brand new 3rd Class. I am doing well in the Navy but my heart just isn't in it. I considered going Infantry in the Marine Corps before enlisting in the Navy but decided against it and now that I'm where I am, I wish I hadn't. I definitely want to go Infantry as a rifleman or possibly an infantry officer. I am married and have my first child due in June. Has anyone done...
To answer your question - yes they can.
It's not that easy however - one needs to be in an overstrength MOS and willing to fill an understrength MOS/AFSC/Rate of the branch they are attempting to gain approval to intra-service transfer into. Also, it helps when there is a program set up to do so - ie: Blue To Green. The biggest hurdle will be getting your DD 368 approved - the second biggest hurdle is gaining approval to accept you into the branch you're trying to transfer into.
If you're serious about this - I would begin talking to your career counselor once you're around 9 months out from the end of your enlistment - and around 3 months out, begin talking to a recruiter as well. Between those two people - you should receive more accurate, up to date information on whether or not if it's possible and if it is, what's the process and where to begin.

I had an uncle that went from Air Force to Army. He Loved both that he was in. Also had another uncle and my father were air force. My step grandfather was Navy I myself went Army. My husband family all army. We are just missing coast guard and Marines.
Sure, I went from Active Duty with the Marines to Active Duty with the Army. All it takes is a visit, after you EAS/ETS, to a recruiter.
