Addison Ridge. Fairly new complex. No more than 4 years old. Right outside All American Gate on the Sate Fe exit. About a 5 minute drive to the gate.

Yea these are nice, right on the road. All the food joints are right down the street, and like he said fairly new. However if you're trying to get away from the Army, this is not your place. It is basically all military living there. Take that as you will.

Look at the Cottage at Crystal lake. It is off MacArthur with easy access to the I-295. I can get to my job in about 20 minutes. If you live in fayetteville you will need to try to avoid the All American gate. Traffic is bad there. You can have up to a 30 wait at that gate. I use the Butner Gate. I almost never wait but a few minutes. Next week look at Bragg on google maps with the traffic overlay on. You will see what I am talking about.

I’ve lived at Reserve at carrington place on Reilly. It’s like a 10 min drive to post and I didn’t have any issues living here.

Stonegate Apartments less than 12 minutes and it’s gated. Never had any issues with the neighborhood or schools around us. Beautiful complex IMO. Goodluck!

If you need more information about the place, here is the website. They are open tomorrow if you want to give them a call.
Also, you can check out Randolph Pointe. Its a apartment complex on Bragg. They are usually closed on the weekends so your best bet is to call them on Monday. This is their contact number: [login to see]

Village on the lake has been by far the best for the price that I've lived at in the past 4 years. It's in Spring Lake and about 15 min from Randolph gate. I've lived in 2 other apartments since being stationed at Bragg and haven't had one come close to living here. Randolph gate is never busy. The apartment includes door side trash pick up, water, a pool, wifi, and cable for 1040 a month. You only pay for electric. We are looking for someone to take over our lease at the end of July if you are interested. You would just have to apply through the apartment. If you're interested just look them up online and lmk. There is currently a waitlist, but if you take over a lease you don't have to wait.

Addison ridge is super expensive, but it’s nice. I would stay away from the Cliffs at Waterford in Spring Lake, and Waterford in Spring Lake. Kings Point and Kings Crosse looked nice when I looked a couples years ago.
