Depends on your state. Ours here in MO was 21 years old for concealed carry regardless of service.

To CYA I'd check with your state police as well your CoC about CC while in uniform. IL you need to be 21 for handgun. I'm CCW in IL if that helps.

If you have all the proper training and documentation required by law per your state, and you do not have any domestic violence nor any other criminal activity on your records, you should be good. But don't bring that weapon on base without all the proper documentation and notifications done prior.
