Can anyone help me find food service SOPs that cover everything from field sanitation to serving?

Brother look up bop at usajobs.gov they have a food service section in every bop prison it federal and your a law enforcement officer as a cook supervisor. I'm working now as an officer because I didn't know about the food service part but once I'm out of probation I will be working in there at 35.50 in hour. Apply they big on hiring vets

The Local food service inspectors should have the inspection and operations requirements in print...
