How can I obtain a Good Conduct Medal and an Overseas Service Ribbon?

Not sure exactly what you're asking.
If you want a site that you can order them from, there are many (MANY!) on the internet - https://www.medalsofamerica.com/medals-and-ribbons/ is one I've used before as well as MilUniform (for those 'hard to find' ones).
If you're asking for help in obtaining your records, then based on your profile picture, I assume you've been out of the service for a while. In that case, your best bet is to request a copy of your records.
