Can anyone make me a Meal plan based off the Chow Hall?

Currently I go to the gym everyday at minimum of an hour and thirty minutes. My workout routine consists of Amino Energies before the gym and Mass Gainer after. (65g Protien, 600 Calories, 85g carbs) I've cut out all sodas and energy drinks, deserts, fast food. I weight 135Lbs at the moment. My goal is 165Lbs in 6 months. I've been doing this for 2 months now and already show improvement.

I think you need the professional help of a nutritionist for example. I wasted a lot of time doing wrong things with my food and gym, and you never know if the way of someone will suit you. I also got a lot of knowledge from there https://quizzes.studymoose.com/flashcards/nutrition/ , that's a great way to learn something without boring white pages on the web. But the way you are doing sounds good.

Take a close look at the label of your mass gainer to make sure all of those carbs aren't coming from sugar. About 340 calories of your shake are coming from carbs and I'm willing to bet they aren't all complex carbs. I've been in your shoes before and I learned the hard way.
