Can anyone offer advice on good neighborhoods to live in Savannah, GA?

I live in Savannah. The best advice I can give depends on are you near Ft Stewart or HAAF.
If you are at Stewart, you want to live west of HWY 204. Richmond hill is nice, but I have heard property is expensive. Hinesville isn't bad, but its an hour from Savannah. And Pooler is booming, 50min drive to Stewart give or take.
If you are going to HAAF, stay EAST of 204.
Southside is a nice area, from Windsor Forest, Largo, and Coffee Bluff. Burnside and Skidaway Islands are the nicest areas, if you got the $$$.
Overall whatever decision you make. Keep in mind that traffic on 204 is equivalent to Atlanta and backs up pretty quick from 1530-2000. They say it should be finished late October. but I haven't seen a soul out there. Idk if it's this October or October 10yrs from now lol.

I live in Pooler, GA, which is about a 20-25 minute drive to Hunter Army Airfield. Pooler is ever growing and ever changing. New houses being put up everyday. Check out the neighborhoods on Highlands Blvd. Will you be working at Hunter or Ft. Stewart?

Berwick area off of Highway 17 is a nice area between Hunter and Stewart.
