Can anyone recommend a training plan for the ESB?

I was selected to go to the expert soldier badge course here on bragg and I was wondering if anyone has a prep plan or suggestions on how to build one. I wanna start some more rigorous training like time MEOW lol

What aspect are you asking for help for? If it’s the lanes, get the EIB/ESB and study the tasks/find someone with an EIB at your unit to help you get hands on prior.
If it’s for the PT test, general calisthenics and running is all you need to reach 49 PU 59 SU and 32 min/4 mi.
Ruck March is just guts.
Land Nav they will give you plenty of reps on the course during train up weeks.

If you can’t find any at your unit to help, my company is doing train up everyday leading up to the start. You’re more than welcome to swing by.

Thank you sir. Yeah I just got a call from my ncoic earlier about it. I’m going with one of my sgts and he has an email with information. I guess my question was a little vague.. really just more to prepare for the lanes things I should focus on that people have trouble with etc. I’m confident in many areas but can always train more of course!

The ESB is MOS specific. Either you are an MOS proficient soldier or a sub standard soldier. It is comprised of an APFT, and usually MOS specific tasks. Your leadership should have all information in regards to what is going to be tested.

If you mean the Physical portion theres a website MTI (Mountain Tactical Institute) and they have e awesome routine, they are just not free.
If you mean the knowledge part theres videos on youtube or organize a study party. Right before you do the ESB/EIB testing theres a training week. I suggest during that week you repeat the lanes you feel weaker at as many times as you can, there's no limit.
