You probably shouldn't have turned in your stuff yet, you might be redrawing your CIF. You aren't released until your 368 is approved and that could be five months from now. Even then, you are still in the unit until you contract with the next component, which could be another 1-6 months after that.

SGT (Join to see) so 1-2 months for your BC and then how many months till your Brigade commander? It's either your first COL or GEN in your chain of command who needs to sign it.

SGT (Join to see) I'm sure it will. My point was that you're months away from entering AD, and you'll probably be needing that gear between now and then, especially if your AT is in the summer

It should have to go higher. But...yea pretty much more waiting around until all signatures of approval have been given...then comes all the work with the Recruiter....and MEPS....and all that other fun stuff

SGT (Join to see) - Once upon a long time ago when I did mine....bear in mind this was before the day of digital signatures....my whole process took from start to finish at MEPS was about 3 or 4 months. And my request had to go all the way up to my Brigade (that I knew of).

SGT (Join to see) - it has to be signed by the first General in the chain of command. Never heard 30 days

SGT (Join to see) - when you read the posts on RP, 368s move at half the speed of smell and varies between component and state.
