Can Branch put me in assignment as DS with return orders to Ft. Leonard Wood, to where I just PCS’d?

Branch can do anything, roll the dice.

SSG (Join to see) Unless something has changed since DEC 2013, a return assignment is not given or part of a DS assignment.
It will come as a PCS notification like any other 2/3 though your tour or so.

If your asking, after 3 years at Fort lost in the woods, could an assignment to your present duty station be offered the answer is absolutely it may be one of the choices offered.

Call your MOS Branch and the Drill SGT Branch, the worse they can say is NO. You will never know unless you make those calls.
