What are you trying to do? Go/not go? I've had Soldiers come up with some pretty crazy profiles to get out of going somewhere. This is a conversation that needs to be had with your PCM, you and your Commander. I know there are medications that can be taken for high blood pressure, and ive seen plenty deploy to combat with enough medication to last them. But this conversation need to be had with the 3 of you mentioned above and a decision will be made that way. Not by asking any of us here.

Very short and direct answer. Your SRP will tell you if you can or can't go.

Critical HTN or untreatable at certain numbers absolutely. HTN can be a medical emergency if high enough.
