Can I be denied Service Connected Disability if the military will not release to me all of my records and some are heavily redacted?

Why would your medical records be redacted? If you are talking about your Personnel records as evidence of service in a specific location the VA is able to confirm classified deployments.

You need to be able to prove that you first began to suffer from the illness or injury during and as a result of service in order to get it service connected. The military has a responsibility to provide you with a full copy of your medical records just prior to separation. Why medical records would be redacted I do not understand.
