I am graduting next summer 2021 and I was planning on putting a package in for OCS in the Army. Will having a full sleeve tattoo disqualify me for a comission or affect my ability to get promoted once in?

I commissioned this year and I have tattoos.
As long as they dont violate regulations you'll be fine.

Can you post a pic of the "full sleeve"?
If it's not cool it's an immediate disqualification.
