I know only of a few Direct Commission officers in the financial side when being a comptroller for AMEDD. General Army as SP5 Peter Keane link shows there is no other direct commissioned areas. Other than the ones listed on the website he provided.
Here is info about 70C's

Health Services Comptroller (70C)
The health services comptroller examines, manages, and certifies military and civilian payrolls, travel, commercial accounts, and other vouchers and claims. As an officer, you’ll have the opportunity to enhance your skills in one of the world’s largest health care organizations.

So looks like I have to go through OCS then see if I'm lucky enough to get 70C or financial corps?

CPT (Join to see)
SPC (Join to see) you can direct commission AMEDD as a 70B and branch to 70C as a 1LT or CPT.

CPT (Join to see) - There are in some very small opportunities direct commissioning as 70C. The best person to talk to is an AMEDD recruiter to see if they have a mission for it.

SPC (Join to see) - No you can direct comission into a 70C if there is a mission requirement by AMEDD recruiters. I would talk to them to see if there is any opportunities. If not like CPT (Join to see) said you can go DC as a 70B series and branch to a 70C after you are in.

You cannot direct commission (currently) into the standard branches. You'll need to do OCS.
Direct Commissions were given even a few years ago but now even the Reserves has withdrawn the Direct Commission route. There are options for professional corps (doctors, and such, but not for finance)
