Not unless you are married, the Army feeds you 3 times a day with balanced meals and wide selections. Then there is the problem with cooking in the billets- burn something and I guarantee an NCO will stop the cooking deal quick. You do know (I doubt) that when you are on separate rations- ever time you go to the field or get deployed, that ration money is cut off cause the Army is feeding you again! You need to wise up and use the freebies as much as possible.

With all due respect SGM it’s not a freebie it’s 350 plus that gets taken out. And we don’t always get to even eat there due to time in the field. We should just get charged per meal cause I’ve only been able to eat there 2 time in the past month cause I’m in the field. I feel as though we should have that option at least not to mention the food is not always the best for body.

Taylor if you are drawing separate rations, then they can food charges out of your pay. Grab you NCO and hustle over to the PAC?S1 ASAP- cause something isn't right!

That’s what I’m trying to find out also. Most of the time we don’t eat 3 meals . Or even eat at the defac. Last time I ate at the defac was march. I’m 29, grown ass lady , I barely eat, but I feel like they should just create a card for the defac. If u don’t use the money they give it back. Or give you a choice. I feel like they know we are not eating at the defac they just don’t care.
