Yes, I am very bad at decision making. Prior service Marine here, got out and decided to do Army Reserve and nothing against them but I just feel out of place. Is it too late to turn back or is it possible to do a service transfer back?

First stop is seeing a Marine recuiter. You might be able to do an interservice transfer.

Two steps:
1) Talk to a Marine Recruiter, the Marines need to have a boat space for you to fill.
2) Talk to your current Commander. If the Reserves aren't willing to release you, the whole thing is moot. The Marines Can't "steal" you from the Army Reserve, they have to let you go voluntarily.
For expectation management, bear in mind the reserves are under strength. Also, check the in/out calls for your CMF, but that's somewhat tangential.
