Can I go to finance and ask for more money on a pay advance I already turned in ?

It depends on when you submitted it to finance.
Go in on Monday and ask, they may be able to cancel your previous advance and process the new one.
Always take the one month pay advance with a PCS, even if you don't need any of it for the move expenses, it is the only no-interest loan out there and you can always use that to pay down something; car loan, credit card, car insurance, uniforms, Christmas, etc.
