Army Regulation DOD 6130.03, DODD6130.3 and DODI6130.4, provide complete information on all the medical fitness standards for induction, enlistment, appointment, retention, and related policies and procedures in the U.S. Armed Forces. https://www.esd.whs.mil/Portals/54/Documents/DD/issuances/dodi/613003p.pdf?ver=2018-05-04-113917-883 (page 36)
I was diagnosed with two conditions on the list prior to enlistment (and still got a contract). Even tested for anemia during basic - I was prescribed iron pills and continued training.
It will come down to the doctor reviewing your medical conditions and you can always have your recruiter request a waiver if the doctor thinks your condition doesn't meet fitness standards.

Sorry but anemia is a disqualifier for military service.

I think it may be an issue for you but that is up to the professionals and medical providers at MEPS to decide.

Anemia is on the list of automatic disqualifying conditions. It never hurts to ask, the worst that can happen is they tell you "no".
