No you can't unless you request a curtailment. If you are talking about a 30 day curtailment you can probably get it if your Chain of Command supports. Longer is typically more difficult.
I just left OCONUS and scheduled my flight on my DEROS date, which was the earliest they would let me go and still get reimbursed for my travel.

Generally speaking, the only way to do that is with a curtailment.
There are other ways, but they are rare, and very few of them are positive events.
