No you can't unless you request a curtailment. If you are talking about a 30 day curtailment you can probably get it if your Chain of Command supports. Longer is typically more difficult.
I just left OCONUS and scheduled my flight on my DEROS date, which was the earliest they would let me go and still get reimbursed for my travel.
