If you're an NCO, why wouldn't you just look at the recruiting website for the answer? If your soldiers asked you, would you tell them to ask Facebook for the answer, or would you look up the answer?

SFC (Join to see) - Not everyone knows about that site, and it can be difficult to get access to. One of the reasons why we have been advocating a public facing recruitment website (similar to CIDs) for years. We may finally get one soon.

SFC (Join to see) - Yeah, they are trying to fix that. Luckily reserve/NG CISAC seats are still available, its only active duty CISAC that is full.

SSG is the golden rank where you can still Re class to what MOS once you make 7 then it is nearly impossible and takes an act of Congress to re class unless it’s a packet school like Recruiter/ Drill Sergeant/ or Special Forces.

SSG (Join to see) You cannot reclass to 35L as a SSG in the Active component. We are at strength and unable to provide waivers unless you were already accepting to attend the training.

Thank you for your answer SFC, I was accepted to attend training but my school date is next year November. I’ve been slotted to go to ALC next month but I am not promotable. The most current reclassification milper message stated that they don’t accept SGT(P) nor SSG for 35L, but if that is possible because I’ve been accepted to training, would you know the point of contact I could reach regarding this?? Please and thank you so much!

SGT (Join to see) I guess you are referencing a grade waiver to attend training. If so, send me an email and I can process your that grade waiver for you.
