Can I submit a WOFT packet street to seat, enlist as a 15T and hope it gets accepted?

Is it possible to submit a street to seat packet for 153a then go to boot camp for 15T? If the packet isn’t accepted, am I able to submit a second one with my new active duty resume and experience?

I’ve heard street to seat is a gamble depending on the year and what the army needs, I just want to try and if it doesn’t work do it through active duty
