I have been in the Army for a year now, and previously I was in the Marines for 9 and half, with a 5 month split in service. I have been having a heck of a time switching over awards and stuff from the Marines to Army. To this point, I have given up trying at this unit and I am pcsing to Benning, and will try again there. But the main question I have is can I switch over secondary mos s from the Marines to the Army ?

If all of the requirements for certification are the same it is possible. If there is no direct translation, then it is likely not possible. Awards are much the same. Some awards are recognized, others are not. Thank you for your service.

CSM is correct. My MOS did switch over but that was my primary MOS my secondary I went to a 2 week recert class. But a lot of times if you haven't done anything in that MOS in a long time they will send you to a recert class I have seen that happen a couple of times.

Sometimes.
Not all MOSs have equivalents in different branches.
