my current rank is SPC(E-4) my MOS is 35s, I want to know If have a chance at transferring to the air force with this job. Initially, my main goal with the army was the green to gold program but the air force caught my attention.
(if possible is there an air force equivalent to the green to gold program.)

There is no interservice transfer for enlisted.
You can join the Air Force when you ETS, or you can try to get out early to do so.
The Air Force does not have a program where it keeps you on payroll while doing ROTC.
Air Force enlisted can complete for ROTC scholarships, then go to the Air Force Reserve while in ROTC.
The closest AFSC to your MOS is actually the one that 35 series goes to Goodfellow AFB for.
If you want an active duty paycheck while in ROTC, stay in the Army.

Usually G2G ADO is pretty competitive. This year they accepted 460 people for ADO, which is a lot more then previous years, I believe
