Can I use FTA SLRP concurrently? Did I make the right choice for the future?

I reenlisted for an additional 6 years for the National Guard as the MOS I have been for 11 years. I asked to reclass and got the proper documentation. Orders state that it was a "Command Directed" move for a list exhausted MOS. The Command Directed move made sure my bonus was not interfered with my bonus and my SLRP for me to complete my master's degree. Since I am at 100% for the Post 9/11 GI Bill, I decided to make the better judgment call and transfer my education benefit so my son won't have to worry too much about college debt.
My reclass is not till January 2022 and lasts half a year. Can I complete my master's if I'm not DMOSQ even though on my reenlistment documents it states I was DMOSQ with my old MOS while I wait for a reserved seat which is 16 months away.
Secondly, can I utilize Federal Tuition Assistance concurrently with the Student Loan Repayment Program. Will COVID-19 interfere with this if I need to be current with the APFT/ACFT if they are technically needed to not be flagged (I passed January 2020) so I'm good till March 2022?

ARNG SLRP has no impact on FTA.
You may have a problem with SLRP, the contract addendum requires that you remain in the unit position that you contracted for, and SRLP requires that you be MOSQ.
The ETP that went up would have to cover both, it may or may not be approved.

I'll look at my SLRP contract and ask the S1 personnel for this SGM. Thank you for clarifying this since I personally do not know people that have successfully taken advantage of the SLRP incentive.
