The unit I was in in 2020 received the Army Superior Award for the time frame I was assigned to it. I want to know if I can wear that units award in my AGSUs while Im assigned to a different unit?

If you were assigned to the unit at the time the ASUA was awarded to the unit, then yes, you can continue to wear it moving forward to other units. Of course, you need to make sure you have the Permanent Award for the ASUA iPermed in your stuff.

If you were assigned to the unit for the period of the award, it’s a permanent award. There is a minimum period required to qualify. Look up unit awards In AR 600-8-22. Verify that is an award authorized for permanent wear. You’ll need to take orders assigning you and any other supporting documents to the S1 along with the General Order issuing the award from HQDA to the unit.

Yes if you were assigned to the unit when it was awarded, that is a permanent award.
