Can Israel be damaged before President Obama leaves office, sufficiently so that Trump can't save it when he arrives?

There's speculation that President Obama will formally recognize the Palestinian State, possibly including its claim to the entire West Bank, in a speech soon to come. While observers wait, the UN announced today a project to identify all persons and organizations doing business with Israelis living in settlements on the West Bank.

Honestly I think whatever Trump plans to do he needs to keep close to the vest, because BHO will throw up every road block he can from now until Jan 20th. He wants nothing more than to say "See, Trump has failed." It will do no good to try to forecast what either of them will do at this point. I just know that I'm going to be dancing in the streets in 19 and a wake up.
