Can my brother-in-law (who is a 1LT in the Army Reserves) administer the oath of enlistment when I reenlist?

SPC (Join to see) - Well, I didn't reenlist at MEPS. I took my oath at my unit. So, we arranged a time for everyone to get together at my gaining unit, and said Oath was given. Are you going back active?
