Can or will I be medically discharged for a heart condition? Will I still receive any benefits or will it be considered a general discharge?

What is your TIS and what is the condition? Also is it a service related condition or did you have this prior to enlistment. You are not going to get any answers with such a vague question...

I’ve been in for seven months. And yes I had something more minor before joining the army but it’s slowly become worse. It’s called SVT. Super ventricular tachycardia and it runs in the family.

Being that you are past 180 days of active time you will receive a general discharge (most likely). Be prepared to payback any bonus you may have received and there are no benefits that you will be qualified for with your TIS. Did you tell them about this condition at MEPS? If not you will be sent home with an erroneous enlistment RE code as well. That will restrict you from re-enlistment. But, if the condition doesn't hinder your ability to do your job and doesn't make you unable to deploy you might not get discharged.

I received no bonus and I mentioned irregular heartbeat at MEPS but when they did the medical exam nothing really came of it. But I know it’s legitimate. Thank you for your insight

Can/Will- More than likely. Type Discharge up to Dr opinion to the Commander, doubt it would be a General- since it is not your fault.
