My wife is 3 months pregnant. Her squadron assigned to overnight watch duty. This is potential hazard to pregnancy, but her squadron seems to be adamant on such practices. Is this usual practice in the Navy? If not, how to report and deal with such problem?

Although I am not in the Navy.. I am in the Army and you can do overnight shifts until 28 weeks pregnant. After hitting third trimester you only work 8 hours
