Can someone be a "twice awarded Combat Infantry Badge recipient" from different wars (Korea & VN)?

Yes, it can happen. I have known soldiers with a third award CIB. Second award gets a star above the wreath. Third get two stars.

My dads dd214 had Korea, dominican republuc crisis, and vietnam. Plus the missle of october deal that the 82 Airborne was nearby cuba. He was also WWII as aircraft gunner so that don't count. Si before you jump in an old war Vet ask him first.

There may be a few still serving worth one from Panama, Desert Storm, Somalia and either OEF or OIF. When I was stationed at Bragg in the 90s there were more than a few with Panama and Desert Storm.
