SPC (Join to see) Maj Gen (R) Robert Worley, who leads education services at the VA was just on RP for a Live Q&A. If your answer isn't in here, I suspect the info / links he shared will send you down the right path. Good luck: https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/maj-gen-robert-worley-director-of-education-services-at-the-va-here-for-a-live-q-a-march-13th-at-3pm-et-what-questions-do-you-have

Here is the Army Reserve benefits page, look to the scholarships if you want to attend school immediately and not wait.
The National Guard in each state usually offers reduced tuition or tuition free, in Ohio it is Tuition Free.
So take a look at your states benefits if you are trying to decide between the Reserve and Guard.
I started in the KY Guard and transferred to the reserve after college as a Lieutenant because my job took me out of KY.
God Speed in your pursuits!
