Unable to log into my military email from my personal computer, so I am unable to verify through email.

I got verified by submitting a picture of my ID Card (VA ID Card in my case)

According to Rally Point, there are 4 ways to get verified:
1. Military email address
2. Government Service Record
3. Documentation, such as ID card, recent orders, LES, award document, etc...
4. Get vouched for by a member: If you know someone already on RallyPoint, you can ask them to vouch for you by entering their email address in the field provided. This will only work if you use the email they used to set up their account.
Pretty simple and straightforward!

With your military email:
What type of computer are you using (Windows, Mac, etc)?
What internet browser are you using?
Are you going to the Enterprise Mail link to log in?
What kind of CAC reader do you have?
These can all be specific issues to your logging into your personal email. As for the getting verified, there are many good answers already provided.

I keep getting this:
The page cannot be displayed
Explanation: There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed.
Try the following:
Refresh page: Search for the page again by clicking the Refresh button. The timeout may have occurred due to Internet congestion.
Check spelling: Check that you typed the Web page address correctly. The address may have been mistyped.

Take a picture of your I.D. and send it to the rallypoint email address. That's how I got verified.
