Great question. Just about anyone can upload canvas images and logos. The first person who uploads one per page receives 100 influence points. You can also update existing images and logos but you won't get the points. Just go to the page and hover over the canvas image area. If the canvas image is empty, you'll see an "upload" prompt right in the middle, if not it will appear as an "update image" button in the upper right. When you click on either one, you will be asked for a file to be uploaded.
