I am inside my 365 days of active duty are there ways to ETS sooner if I am going into reserves?

Speak to a Reserves counselor on your post. There are multiple incentives for transitioning into either the Guard or Reserves.
Also look into early separation for Schooling or Employment. (Both of these require a 4187)

Why the reserves? Wouldn't it make more sense to just stay active? I'm just wondering cause I spent 4 years active and tried the reserves and It didn't work for me! Personally I'd rather have stayed active myself but that's just my opinion!

I'm using the reserves for benefits nothing else I've served my time and don't care to continue active duty
