I was reading Ar 614-30 table 3-1
Rule 32 and it says is a military mother of newborn and is denied concurrent travel or selected for dependent restricted tour then the soldier is ineligible for 6 months after childbirth unless soldier waves the deferment or cdr extends the soldiers deferment

SSG (Join to see) you don't have to wait to reenlist, your report has to be 12 months after the due date, so the 13th month. Since HRC can only lock in assignments no further away than 16 months you may need to wait a while if your spouse isn't due soon. Depending on how far away the due date and how far into the window, the best option may be to extend and then reenlist after the baby is born

SSG (Join to see) this does not apply to your situation. The pregnancy rule for reenlistment is an HRC processing guidance. It is not waivable and there is no way around it.

Yes, however, you should consult with your physician to ensure there is no medical concern that would preclude executing your orders. If the medical people have concerns, get their opinion in writing and pass it through your Commanding Officer up the chain to the order issuing authority. Your medical status will not be automatically considered so it behooves you to keep all concerned informed instead of relying on the "system". Your status is a matter of concern not only from your personal viewpoint, but also from the point of your new duty command. If they have an immediate need for your talents, your arriving and then immediately entering a limited duty status will not solve their readiness or operational requirements, but that is a decision that needs to be made by the order writing office.
