Can you reclass if in/out calls are both no? Does it depend on which MOS you are trying to reclass to?

It depends on the MOS to which you want to reclass. It changes often, so you should request the latest info from your career counselor when you request reenlistment. At the moment, the latest message is MILPER 15-139 and Soldiers can request to reclass into the following MOSs: CMF 18, 12P, 25D, 25E, 29E, 31D, 35L, 37F, 38B, and 46R. Again, the list changes often, so start talking to your career counselor a month before your window opens.
