Can you see what is wrong with this ribbon rack?

He has 2 National Defense Ribbons.

Couple of things ... That SEAL pin seems a bit small and 4 awards across instead of three.

While I don't know Navy Uniform regulation 100%, I believe the Trident is too small - it should be a full size trident I think - though I might be wrong on that... Secondly, and more importantly, his ribbons are either upside down and also all whack... The star on the GWOT-SM indicates upside down, but the order of the ribbons is ALL wrong... marksmanship ribbons are the lowest in precedence (the dark blue ones), he's got two NDSMs - and if that's the case, there should only be one ribbon with a star to indicate second award. So - ribbons are completely screwed up - I'd say "poser" or "stolen valor" for sure!

As a LCpl that performed a few uniform inspections on the Marines in my shop.....All I can say it WTF. I would have just told him to leave. Also, I'm not 100% on this but that Trident doesn't look like the correct size.

The ribbons are not dress right dress and not centered on the pocket flap.
