For those of you that have transitioned out of the military, do you still do anything to stay in shape and....can you still pass the PT test? Personally, I'm in better shape now than I ever was in the military but, I'm also a bit wiser with my nutrition, supplementation, and choices in life. What about you?

I'm actually in better shape now, five years post retirement than I ever was in my 20 year tenure.
I'm in the gym 3/wk. I've done two rounds of P90X, and participate in fund raising running events. The latest was the Spartan Race here in San Francisco.

Very good and I will do it again. The SF one was at the AT&T park so no mud. Lots of stairs and heavy lifting. Challenging none the less.

it's one of the toughest ones. I was at the one in WA where the twins completed the Sprint 7 times. I have down a few of them. TM, Spartan, WD, don't care for just the runs. training to get my Trifecta Badge

We're special up here in NorCal. The Spartan races are hard to come by. I may do the next one in Sac in Oct.

It depends on what you call "in Shape". In my opinion.....round is a shape!

Yes I can.  Might struggle on the sit ups a little bit, but I have run two marathons and completed a couple century length bike rides.
