S-1 has to initiate it. After that you certify and sign, and then S-1 validates. It takes both parties.

The responsible Admin NCO or Clerk has to first initiate the PRR, and then you will receive a cue in your email. This will enable you to submit the required LES and ERB uploads in iPERMS. The responsible NCO/clerk then verifies those uploaded documents and completes their review. You will then be able to log in and sign your portion to complete the records review.
