Can you wear a knee brace during regular physical training?

I've looked through AR 670-1 and I can not look through DA Pam 670-1 right now. Would like to know the regulation for a reference if there is one.

Only if needed, and prescribed by the Medo, get Doc to give you a profile for it if needed.

That has always been my understanding CSM. I am trying to get black and white regulations to support my theory.

As long as the doctor writes it on your profile to wear it, then you can wear it during regular physical training, since the doctor writing it is the convening medical authority in regards to your profile to wear it.

I was issued a knee brace prior to my knee surgery and a profile that went along with it allowing me to wear it. No profile, no knee brace. That's how my unit runs things.
