Not to get to personal into things but here is my question:

Can your VA Home Loan be used more than once?

I used my VA Home Loan a few years ago and sadly, because of some circumstances, I lost the house. I'm just wondering if I can try to use it again or it is a once and done type thing?

“Fortunately, there is no limit on the number of times a veteran can use the loan program.”
VA loans aren’t always the best option, depending on your personal needs and finances. However, you can use the benefit without limit, per guidelines.
Best of luck.

You can get a VA loan multiple times, so long as you don't have an active VA loan. I'm currently looking at houses. If I buy one, it would be the second time I have taken out a VA loan.

So are you saying one loan must be paid in full before you can use another one?

Not if you lost your VA loan to foreclosure, I believe.

I can be used again. There is a waiting period which depends on the circumstances of how you lost your home.

The guarantee amount will be reduced by the previous loan guarantee amount if it wa not fully discharged.

Last I heard you could use the VA home loan benefits up to three times.
