Car and Driver released their Top 10 list of 2016 models. While I'm not surprised the Mustang GT350/350R, Camaro, BMW M235i and the Tesla Model S 70 made the list, I didn't expect the Mazda 3, Miata and the Accord there.

Which car would you take out? Which you would add to the list?

SGT Thomas Sullivan A1C (Join to see) I was reading the article in the actual magazine and it says that it was $80k and below, that's the main reason that neither the Vette and the Viper are in.

I own a 2012 Charger SE, so I'm automatically kind of pissed I don't see a Charger Hellcat up there. But maaaaaaan I would take that beautiful flat-plane crank GT350 into my garage anytime.

A1C (Join to see) I think the fact that the Challenger and the Charger hasn't been through any big changes in ages affect their chances to the list. In fact, I read a comparison between the new Camaro and Mustang and they said they didn't even think on bringing the Challenger to the fight because it was pretty much the same model as 2015. Camaro got smaller and lighter, Mustang came with the flat crank and more agile, Challenger, beside the Hellcat, is still the big fat guy in the Muscle cars division.

This is true. But come 2017-2018 the weight will drop by about... 800 pounds due to FCA putting the Challenger and Charger on the Alfa-Romeo Giulia chassis. Imagine a 3600 pound Hellcat.

A1C (Join to see) While that would be a huge change, is still 2-3 years far. In that time, Ford and Chevy will be building on what they've already changed and Dodge will be chasing them, again.
