My personal mission is to raise a son who loves God and wants to come home when he no longer has to.

Probably too long, but hey...it's my Mission Statement!!

Family...To continually provide for my family and live my life without regret.

Work....To provide the leadership and inspiration to all my direct reports and those that work around me. Seek to learn from others…learning is the basis for personal growth and hope that others will learn from me by being a coach-a teacher-a mentor. My intent is for everyone to become the “Best in class” at what they do, to give 100%, and be an active participant of a team…TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE and UNLEASH THE POWER WE ALL HAVE.

Life....To make a difference, be positive, be impactful, be inspirational, and lastly, to always be a loyal, patriotic American.

How about... To never have to say "On advice of counsel, I take the fifth"

That is a great book, LT! The summation of my personal mission statement is "To add value to and enhance the lives of, all those that I come in contact with everyday." It covers all areas of my life from spiritual, personal, military and business.

What my personal Military Mission Statement is?

I think I am slightly missing what you are asking for.

In the book The 7 Habits of Highly Successful People the author, Stephen R Covey, suggested that people formulate their own personal mission statement as part of his 2nd habit. The 2nd habit is: begin with the end in mind. Your personal mission statement gives you and those lead the roadmap.... Some folks have referred to it as your "personal branding."

For example, mine is:

"To serve as a leader from the front, while maintaining balance in all aspects of life, and using prudent and ethical judgment in order to make a positive impact upon the Army and all Soldiers around me."
