The purpose of this document is to provide Leaders and Soldiers a quick reference guide for the CMF 88 Professional Development Model (PDM). For a more in-depth perspective on each MOS/Skill Level, Army Career Tracker (ACT) and DA PAM 600-25 must be utilized.
