You know, life has a funny way of taking us on some interesting journeys in life. I spent 20 years married to a woman who had to have the top of the line.....everything. I spent almost half my life trying to keep up with the Joneses and you can never have enough stuff. I got in a hole so deep after the marriage and subsequent divorce that I'm now proudly sporting a tiny 4 banger with OVER 251,000 miles and a transmission that insists on having me hold the clutch in 3rd. Now, I'm married to a woman who lost everything in that 2011 tsunami. developed cancer, and got abandoned by her ex in a foreign country, with no way home...and no home to go back to. I've never felt so blessed in my life. Take all that money you would spend on the car of your dreams and find someone on the brink of disaster and be there for them. It doesn't matter what your religious beliefs are. A pure act of selfless charity will make you feel like king of the world. Respect! Uncle Mark

Ride number 1 = Chrysler Town & Country Touring (wife's daily driver)
Ride Number 2 = Chevrolet Colorado (my daily driver)
Neither sexy, neither worth a photo...like your car though!

I forgot, my next ride will be either a Ford F250 or Chevy 2500 pickup...preferably 4 wheel drive. I'll need that to pull either the boat or the camper trailer that I buy...I may have to wait awhile but that's the plan man. :)

The ironic thing is that when she got the minivan, our compromise was that I would get a motorcycle. But I didn't want to be stuck with JUST a motorcycle so I decided on another sports car. Here I am looking at coups and convertibles when all of the sudden I have to get a family car . . . when she was perfectly OK with a motorcycle just a day before. I'm not a super huge fan of Mini Coopers, but they seem to be the only car on the road that meets as many of my requirements as possible while meeting all of hers. Plus, the one I want has more Ft. Lbs. of Torque, Higher boost, More horsepower, and less weight than the TT.

I wouldn't mind having a Mini. I also somewhat like the Fiat 500 Abarth. Probably never own either one though. I have 4 kids. Cars are not in my future LOL
