You don’t need a 4187 to report 60 days early if you’re currently stateside, it’ll be in your orders, so you probably just need to do the necessary paperwork to receive your orders. This may be the reason HRC haven’t responded yet.

This is a repeated question.

answer anyway if you know the answer. We have SM's that haven't been in back to the 1970's and need to know the answers. What ever the answer is, make sure to cite your source so the SM can research and find the answer based on black and white and not the "they" said or "I heard" or the "on the internet I was told". Train our SM's right, even repeat questions.

It’s generally in your orders stating if early reporting is authorized. Usually up to 60 days.
